All WOHKN members strictly adhere to Canadian Copyright legislation. Documents provided by these libraries are supplied solely for the purposes of research or private study from section 29 of the Canadian Copyright Act and are not for redistribution. Any other use may require the authorization of the copyright owner.

Where a requested copy is transmitted electronically between two institutions, the Canadian Copyright Act specifies that the copy given to the patron must not be in digital form.
